The game is a wonderful learning tool. It's especially great if you are taking a Spanish class as well, like me. It's only great for learning key words and sentences that would be utible when you are surrounded in a Spanish- speaking enviournment. This game will not make you a fluent Spanish speaker. I think the reference part of this game was a good touch because it will help in difficult situations. When it comes to sound, lasting appeal, and gameplay, the story changes. First of all, the sound is great when you have earphones on, but when you don't wish to use the earphones the pronunciation of the words is difficult to understand. Even with earphones, sometimes the pronunciation of certain words is confusing. The lasting appeal of this game is a problem because you have to really want to learn Spanish in order to finish this game. I can only learn two lessons a day before I get bored. In fact, I stopped playing this game completely and I just started playing it again because I'm bored. Lastly, the gameplay is average because I don't enjoy how you have to play each game a million times in order to get to the next lesson. Even though you are practicing the words more, it's what makes the game boring. In short, this game is kind of overrated, but if you are extremely interested in learning Spanish, this game is for you.
