I expected the game to not be as good as the one on Playstation, but I am overall pleased with the product. It's way different from what I expected, as it has it changed the original gaming experience to more of an rpg type game. And it has a lot of puzzles, more so if not a complete add on to the Playstation one. Sadly, it's kind of distracting, and ruins immersion of the game, especially with the different playing style, as it has less free roam and more "kill all the enemies to progress". I do like how they have you interact with the touchscreen in certain parts, but I can see it getting tedious after a while, especially since occasionally I forget I have to do it while fighting enemies. with I haven't gotten far into the game yet, but the first boss fight was pretty underwhelming to be honest, as it had you fly around the boss and just shoot at him with no control of Spyro's movements. They included some of the voice acting for some of the scenes which was nice, and the dialogue is pretty similar as well, with some different snippets hear and there. The major thing that bothers me about the game is that it skips some of the overall story, like either speeding through or not showing cut-scenes. I think it did it to include more gameplay but honestly, if you're playing for the story then you might be disappointed. If you're playing just to play then congrats, I think you'd enjoy some of the extra content. Again, I haven't gotten far in the game as of now but I figured I'd share some insight since I've played through the playstaion version multiple times and pretty much made up my childhood.
