Product Description

Disney/Walden Media's The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian game takes players to the locations from the blockbuster film. A year after the events of the first film, "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe," but 1,300 years in Narnian time, Prince Caspian finds the Pevensie children returning to a more savage land where the Narnian creatures have been driven into hiding and Narnia is under the rule of the evil tyrant Miraz. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian for consoles is developed by Traveller's Tales. Fall Line Studio, Disney Interactive Studios' Nintendo-dedicated studio in Salt Lake City, is developing the Nintendo DS version.
  • Players take the role of more than 20 playable characters, including Narnians (non-humans)
  • Cooperative drop-in/drop-out cooperative multiplayer on the same system allows two players to work together on the same system
  • Non-linear level structure enables players to explore multiple paths in any order
  • A combination of puzzle solving and action combat gameplay
  • Team up with characters to combine abilities
  • For the Nintendo DS version: The debut of DGamer, Disney Interactive Studios' innovative new online community that connects two Nintendo DS units to each other and the PC through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection

This game is a must by for those who are: Into The Chronicles of Narnia, are reading the books, or just want to by a game with medieval times, sword fighting, magic, and/or talking animals. Otherwise I honestly do not recommend this game to you. There's not much of a challenge in the game except for when you're fighting Miraz. The controls are good; to attack you have to do little mini-games on the touch screen. For example if you want Peter to attack than you have to rub these swords on the touch screen to make them hit the middle than he attacks with a certain amount of damage he does to the enemy. The graphics/animation are poor because there 2-D but when you enter a battle it's 3-D. The interface isn't all that great - I think it would go better with the Wii using the Wii/Sword movements. The length is good & so is the sound. You can hear the birds chirping, the brush of a plant, a waterfall falling, etc.. The storyline is the same as the book ( the movie too but more of the book. ) In my opinion this game is just a little fun but I would still hardly recommend it to anyone.
