Fun at first but not what i expected

Game was fun at first. There are different neighborhoods that you travel to and each neighborhood has so many levels. in total there were 35 levels and while it was fun and challenging to complete each level they went by very fast. i spent two afternoons playing and had finished the entire career mode. I was excited to play the casual mode because the description said that you build the neighborhoods however you want but thats not really how it works. you dont have any specific goals to meet like you do in the career mode but there is a specific amount of money that it gives you as a goal for each neighborhood and when you make that much money it just records your time and ends the game. Overall it was fun at first but not what i expected. it is an okay "on the side game" but that was about all.
