The game is a very fun cooperative turned competitive game. Great for those of us who want a common goal to play towards and for those who want a winner at the end. Since the tiles and player choices change each game, there’s a ton of replayability. The more you immerse yourself into the role and world you’re playing in, the more fun the game is.

My favorite board game, gave it to some family as a present and them and their kids love it! Who knew before this game that horror totally works as a board game!

I've played this game 6 times with my college-age kids, and it has a lot of replayability. Each session lasted about 40 minutes, and was different from the others. We love the tone, like a mix of D&D and horror movies. I like imagining exploring this creepy old house by flashlight, room by room, terrified and excited by what I'm going to find. The traitor has defeated the other players about half the times that we've played. Because the game is different every time, we can't say for sure if it would happen the same way with more experience. It does seem like with more players, the odds of surviving would be higher. I keep asking if we can maybe switch to Ticket To Ride but the kids just want to keep playing this one. That's a significant endorsement.
