yes, the gamestop version comes with a fully campaign but the barns and noble version comes with all the character sheets

Does this book include the comics from Dungeons and Dragons vs. Rick and Morty? Rothfuss and Zub Book 1(Comics #1-4 in trade paperback) & Book 2? (Book 1 ISBN-10: 1684054168 and Book 2 ISBN-10: 1620106906)

Yes, It contains the 4 comic books combined in 1 hard cover. Along with an adventure and character sheets. The second book I assume will be created once the second 4 comic book series have been released. I believe only the first comic in the second series has been released so far.
