This game is seriously amazing. If you have ever liked any of the C & C's you will love Red Alert 3.
This is a great strategy game and a good follow up on red alert 2 Yuris revenge. good game play and a nice multi-player campaign.
This is your typical C&C game. Lots of actors you can name, but corny acting and storyline. But I still like it, since that is what C&C games are no for, I didn't expect an academy award winner. The AI can be really hard depending on your difficulty setting, and change up their tactics on you during gameplay. Graphics are good, not as good as tiberium wars but has really good explosions and the sounds aren't to shabby. You can compare the typical C&C storyline to a Sci-Fi original movie lol! Not even exaggerating. I would recommend this game to those who are fans of the C&C series. I did like the improvement of the troop selection ability. Much easier considering you have no mouse. I still recommend getting Tiberium wars if you want a good RTS.
This game takes place where the soviets and the allies go into a war, as the other games in the series. The Soviets go back in time and change the present. The game brought back the live action scenes that first made it off for me. The gameplay is great, but the controls glitch sometimes. I personally think that they should just make a custom controller for strategy guides. This game is great because it is like a true strategy game, everything has a counter. Previous games were mass this mass this and that (command and conquer3 / kane's wrath. While everything about this game is good, there is room for more improvment in the future. On the down side, the AI is very good in skirmishes, and games where you can choose the difficulty, but when playing on hard in the campaign I have found that the computer is not as smart as it could be. While there are upsides and downsides to every game, I would definately suggest this game to anyone that likes true strategy games.
This was one of my favorite Games for the longest time, EA games single handedly destroyed a long running successful product that westwood made so popular. Money truly is the root of all evil.
