I have been waiting for years, for a good NASCAR game. This is NOT it!!!! Graphics are good, but that's it.

I Play This Game Often (Online, Single Player, Multiplayer) It's Good But Yea It Has Problems (1. The Online Is Somewhat Jacked Up In The Lobby You Might Get Kicked Out For No Reason, When The Online Game Starts Your Car Or The Other Cars Might Not Move Coming To The Green Flag) (2. The Pit Stops Are EXTRA SLOW) (3. The Creators Of The Game Made A DLC Update To This Game When The Game Is Called "Nascar The Game 2011" When The Game Was Released In A 2010 Season The DLC Update Made The Game Into A 2011 Season But It Came Out At The End Of The 2011 Nascar Season. So Not Bad Overall!

well, as like many nascar fans, I was ecstatic about this one, I rented it over and over for about 5 weeks, didnt buy it though. I played through the 1st season, was moderately impressed. had the same issues as many others, i.e. damage, online problems, ect, ect. But what I spent the most time doing was custom paint schemes. Not to toot my own Horn, But I used a 1/24th scale 1999 Daytona 500 #3 Dale Earnhardt plastic model and made an (almost) exact replica of the paint scheme. minus the decals on the front wheel wells. The handling is ok, compared to nascar 08, I noticed in 08 that I had to tick the steering stick to turn the car properly on some tracks. and on some of those tracks my car would take a dive into the infield for no reason. like a 90 degree turn on a dime at 180 mph. I didnt have that problem with 2011, I liked the smooth handling. Now I'm not sure if many others have heard, But from what I've been told, I guess Gran Turismo has picked up the rights to nascar. So, I can only speculate what the nascar aspect will be like. lets hope it has a decent to great career mode for the nascar division. but, that is unlikely from the other Gran Turismo games. So, this is my review, and I would have liked to see another installment from Activision/Eutechnix, but I don't think we will be getting one. And to be honest with all of you as to why we wont get another nascar game from them, I think its because of all the bad player reviews that have been submitted. So all in all, anyone who jumps on the "This Game Sucks" bandwagon immediately instead of seeing the bigger picture of the game, you only have yourselves to blame for these 2 great game companies not getting the opportunity to make another Nascar game!

the games graphics and sound make this game flourish, it sounds like your at Daytona. It also has some great customizable options to change your car decals.

Nascar 09 was an awesome game in my opinion, great graphics and just about everything else and an awesome carrer mode, but this game was a bit of a dissapointment with the wreckage and carrer mode they were just a big flop, if you like tricky, casual, laid back games, this is totally for you I am currently still playing so that shows a little something about the lasting appeal, not as good as i thought it would be, I see a lot of possible improvements for Nascar 2012 if there is one, starting with the wreckage and carrer mode.
