Bought on a whim- awesome game!! Great graphics and really fun dialogue. The puzzles are also not to hard not too easy. Nice pace of play
I loved the original entries of this game and was very pleased to find this adaption of the series to be on par with the my favorites of this beloved franchise. My wife and 4 year old daughter are loving this game as well.

Simple gameplay with a great story. It is a lot of fun trying various methods to solve a problem with many options available that affect how the story unfolds.
As I was just telling my kids the other day, my love for Sierra games began with King's Quest when it first came out for PC in the late 1980's . Right away their reaction was like: "Oh, so not cool...never gonna play that! I want 'Last of Us'..." or some other blah, blah, rated "M" shooting game I would not buy for them anyway. So I bought this game for myself, and completed chapter one (out of 5). I love the story, the graphics, the humor, and gameplay. My sons watched me play it once, and they were both making comments along the way ("why the long intro/dialogues. Boring!"), offering up criticism on things it lacked ("no skip scene feature. Meh"), laughing with me when they get the fun puns, and grabbing the control ("Mom, I'll just get you past this dragon scene 'cause this is like the 10th time you've replayed this challenge"). Now, both of my sons are taking turns playing ("But there's no game replay value") with one of them playing the first chapter at least three times already. Also, they were the ones who let me know that Chapters 2-5 do have the all-important "skip-scene" feature for impatient gamers. So yes...even skeptical teens will play this game and may (secretly) enjoy it.
