Use swords, spears, staffs and other weapons and magic to personalize your battle tactics as formidable monsters await in trap-laden dungeons. Invite the townsfolk along, develop friendships with certain monsters and grow stronger together.
Pick a Gender and Pursue a Passionate Romance
The main character can be male or female, and either gender can woo marriage candidates from among the townsfolk. Communication and gift giving will be key to romance, potentially resulting in marriage and perhaps an adorable child together.

Embark on a story filled with love, adventure, and friendship in Rune Factory 4 Special on Nintendo Switch. Choose to play as a male or female hero and encounter a diverse cast of potential suitors and other loveable townsfolk. As the newly appointed prince or princess, you can fulfill your royal duties by issuing ordinances to help the town prosper, or take a more rural approach to governing by raising your own fruits and vegetables and helping townsfolk. Should some dungeon adventuring be on the day’s itinerary, you can craft or buy a vast array of swords, spears, and staves along with magic for battle against dangerous foes, or even bring along some companions or friendly monsters to aid you during your travels.

Good game a little the missions are. Quick and boring but the farming is fun good story too
Characters are very lovable and the story seems interesting so far!
Rune Factory 4 is one of my favorite games of all time! It has everything I want in a video game and then some. I love that you level up doing every task, it helps make it feel like you're always making progress even if you only play for a short amount of time. The characters are great, well written, and likable. The farming gameplay is addicting and so is the combat. You can split your time evenly between them or you can just focus on one for a while. There is so much stuff to do in this game that everytime I play, before I even know it 3 hours have gone by. If you're interested in this game, I say definitely go for it!
It was amazing and I love how Im able to play different type of stories even after I'm married.
Very fun, relaxing, great animations, and enjoyable overall.
