Features
In the near future, cyborg technology has become commonplace throughout society. Three years have passed since the collapse of the Patriots system that had been secretly controlling the global power balance from the shadows. However, peace remains elusive. The dissemination of cybernetic technology has triggered instability and conflict as those who control the trade gain increasing power. Furthermore, large ‘Private Military Companies', or PMC's, that had been supported and controlled by the Patriots have collapsed, spawning countless rogue entities with origins to larger criminal organizations. These renegade PMCs employing cyborg technology have become increasingly more disruptive shifting policy and power at will. As a member of the peace-keeping PMC ‘Maverick Security', Raiden lives by the mantra of protecting and saving lives. But as the world plunges further into asymmetric warfare, the only path that leads him forward is rooted in resolving his past, and carving through anything that stands in his way.Key Features:

I'm honestly in love with this game. I got it on ps3 AND pc just to try different platforms. It is a little short but whats there is great. Best soundtrack out of any game ive played.
Was a good play , very hack and slash action player game. The graphics, music, story line was all really captivating. The only problem i have with it is the keyboard set up, still playable just harder to manage your motions as you fight in game. However I plan on buying a pc 360 controller and continuing my onslaught in this action packed thriller. Over all the only thing that bummed me about the game is the amount of time it took to beat it probably 15 hrs worth or so - "just used to the mgs series being a lot longer than this in amount of content"
the game looks fabulous and sounds great, it has intense gameplay and OK story for about...5 hours (including a lot of CG), This is a great short game so I would not recommend to buy it. rent it for a day should be enough
starting out playing metal gear 1 was an awesome experience. it got me hooked on the plot and addicted to the gameplay. i replayed the game over and over without fail learning everything i could about it. the next few games were even better. until the introduction of raiden. that character made the game suck for me. playing him in metal gear 2 was the worst experience. i only played him to get to snake. but then metal gear 5 came out and completely ruined me on it. i couldn't stand playing raiden in 2, so there was no way i was going to play the entire game with him in 5. i wish they would kill him off completely and keep snake in all the rest. if they don't kill him off, my involvement in metal gear will come to an abrupt halt. that's how bad that character is.
