I expected the worst but ended up pleasantly surprised at the condition. Very minor scratches on the shell and the screens are almost flawless. Extremely pleased. A couple of minor complaints is the packaging wasn't well cushioned and shipping took far too long. The product itself exceeded expectation.

Great condition, very happy. Little bumps here and there and a couple scratches. Very useable ready to go. It is not the model listed, or they sent me the wrong one I got the "new" Nintendo 3ds XL not the regular 3ds XL. Basically you never know what you're gonna get.
