I see why people were saying "didn't receive robux", because this gift card is a custom amount gift card. Meaning instead of flat 2000 robux gift card, you get $25 as a credit. If you're going wut? just know that you'll received more robux from this, but you HAVE TO PRESS CONVERT credit to robux button in the "Roblox redeem" page. If you skip this step, no robux gets added to your account and you'll most likely skip this, because you get distracted by the virtual item that's added to your account, so you have to go back and press "convert" button. It's pretty odd, since other stores only sell fixed amount of robux and that gets added straight to the account, but this gives more robux.
