I orderd it and right away I got the code and downloading was easy. When I had a problem i called gamestop and they responded and helped me.
My system handles graphics smoothly even at "ultra" settings utilizing 11th Gen I5-11600 @3.9 Mhz processor, 48 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Graphics card, Windows 10. Only issue I have so far is setting up controls effectively. Controls in use is the Saitek controllers, but having hard time matching selected inputs to aircraft's controls. Maybe as time goes on, it will get easier as I figure out proper layouts of inputs. Consumes excessive data, so at times my bandwidth falls below the recommended margins/settings. Love the graphics!!
Why does Microsoft sell Microsoft Flight Simulator 2022 and you can not download it. Also, other people have it on their machine and it crashes. Terrible software. Get X-plane

While XPlane is great, it can't beat the graphics of FS2020.
Unable to download this digital product. I spoke to 3 different representatives who barely spoke English to help resolve this problem to no avail.
