Kholat is more of a work of art than a good enjoyable video game. The graphics are amazing, the whole game has a very chilling atmosphere, and the soundtrack is one of the best ones I have heard since Silent Hill 4. However, there isn't much more to the gameplay than walking and running. It doesn't help that the game is really short, too. However, I wouldn't call it a walking simulator, as you can die in this game, and it has a few good scares, too. If you are looking for a game that is more of a work of art than a form of entertainment, I would recommend this game to you.
