It works and was a good replacement for the one I lost. The problem is that there seems to be something wrong with the track on the left side. The joy-con has issues sliding in and I have to exert a lot of pressure (and usually press a few buttons I wish I hadn’t) to get the joy-con in place. The right side works perfectly.

It’s an official grip so it’s fine. However, it would be nicer with a bit of an intuitive shape.
works great. no problems so far and i've been using it everyday since i got it basically.
