I am very happy with the EVGA Geforce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming Graphics Card. It's super fast. The RGB looks great. I think it's a little loud, but I only have my old 570 for comparison. I think the only thing better would be a 3090 but I am not paying that much.
