Very nice looking case that conveys the essence of Microsoft's XBOX, 8 terabytes of storage with a little over 7 available, but it turns on about every half hour by lighting up then spinning up and reading the disc platters like a 2005 hard drive. Can be noisey and an annoying distraction from gaming. This happens even when my series X is off, so I may go to a SSD external drive when price comes down.
Internal hard drives can be loud whenever certain titles are running through the console. An email has been sent to provide assistance.
I have a issue when connecting it to a computer that it falls asleep every 30 minutes or so and it takes about 30 seconds for it to wake back up. I use this as a plex server hard drive and since that is not the intended purpose of this hard drive it is probably not fair for me to judge it that way. I did install a small script called KeepAliveHD that runs every 2 minutes to keep it awake all the time. Besides that I have no issues with it, especially at such a great price.

The light keeps going on and off and wish it would just stay on or off. I keep it unplugged until I use it. Or there should be a way to disable the green light.

Good storage it is compatible with the Xbox series X but any game that is enhanced for series X still needs to be installed internally on the xbox or storage card. So be aware
