Love the product. It's better than the headsets I used before.
For some reason these had to be returned 3 times before purchasing a different brand. I wanted these for my sons little brother because they fit nice and are not bulky and Nintendo is usually 100% reliable.
This is not the quality that we want for you. We are emailing you now to make sure that this gets resolved.
occasionally have to reseat into the switch to get the microphone working with Fortnite. didn't have to time to figure out why, but aside that, the kid likes it.
The switch headphones were a Christmas gift for my baby girl and she is absolutely loving it I got a pair for my little boy too. The only thing my boy did mention is he wishes it was compatible with his chrome but other than that they're loving them.
