Paid for a new controller, received a refurbished one, and that refurbished one had a broken button.
The item I bought came in the mail as a Xbox model I’m trying to get the Xbox series s controller but they sent me the Xbox series x controller I’ve bought 5 already
The systems share the same remote. You shouldn't have to return it. We will ensure you have a working remote.
