I'm so sorry to hear that Microsoft Xbox One Phantom White Wireless Controller isn't working out for you as well as we would've hoped. I would love to help! You are always welcome to return the controller to the store you ordered it at for a full refund or a replacement; however, Mircosoft discounted this controller, so there will only be used replacements. If you do not want to return it to the store, I can send out a return label to your email, and once we receive the controller, we can send out a replacement or a virtual gift card/Physical gift card, whatever you prefer. Not as pictured and broke on the first day. Buying NEW from now on. Used just isn't worth the trouble any more.
Wasn't white. Black battery door and the back of the handles was black. Sorry. Returned it.
One of the analog sticks is broken and when I play games I’m moving sideways without touching anything. You guys needs to really check your pre owned products better before reselling them. This did not happen in the shipping process. Thanks for the broken controller.
Its an amazing piece of tech and i would recommend it to anyone.
