It’s broken. RB is broken, doesn’t work. Kaput. Customer service won’t help.
Feels amazing I prefer the original Xbone controller face buttons and Dpad they are tactile but not too hard to press and an amazing design to boot sadly no bluetooth but I knew that but it is a very nice controller to have dedicated to your Xbox Console since the newer controls get connection issues if you connect them to too many devices
It was not the controller I ordered and it was broken and did not work. Also missing parts.
