I was pretty disappointed with this controller. Had only the green covers with black d pad and triggers, which I kind of expected. Though it checked out on the test one of the the buttons stuck occasionally and the left joystick would hang up. Ended up just putting the shells on a different controller. Definitely won't be buying another.

Side rails on controller were swapped to black ones and bumper was broken clean off.

It was horrible! My order arrived later than promised, the copy of Dying Light was for my nephew's birthday and was supposed to be here before his party, it didn't show up in time. The Halo controller was for myself and was in such poor condition that immediately after I looked at it, I drove to the nearest GameStop and returned it. I expected a few scuffs and scratches considering it is a used controller, but there were multiple issues. The thumbsticks looked pretty worn, all of the buttons had a crunching, cracking noise and feel to them and the right bumper had so much extra wiggle room it seemed like it was going to fall off at any moment. In the battery compartment there was a hole punched through the sticker to expose a screw behind it, I'm not sure if was your QC department or the previous customer that took apart the controller, but it would have been a lot nicer aesthetically in that area if there had at least been another sticker to cover up the screw hole. I've got more to say, but honestly never fill out surveys and feel like enough of my time has been wasted. I've had a lot of unsatisfactory interactions with GameStop recently.
