The newest controllers are ok, but the plastic housing can be rough. It seems over the years controller quality has gone down, but the price has gone up.

Controller is solid, does not feel cheap. No issues with function. Not happy with change of play and charge connection. Have to use short nintendo cable because old ones don’t work anymore. Will be fairly happy if it lasts longer. Usually get about 6 months before analogs start drifting.
