Didn't come with the strap like it says it should.

The left joycon is very stiff and sometimes get stuck. I'm in the process of sending that joycon into nintendo to fix it but it's such a hassle and hope Gamestop wouldve done better QA for the item.

I second what Chiapetdog said, mine also didn't come with a wrist strap like the description said. It's also in the picture. I ordered a separate strap for another joy-con in my order, so now I'm still short one. The joy-con itself is really nice.
It seems like this order may have been placed prior to the product listing being updated, but we would love to help out either way! Be on the lookout for a follow up email on this.
Overall we are very happy with this purchase. It was unclear in the description/photos if the Joy-Cons (we ordered both a left and a right) would come with a leash. They did not. I contacted support, and they were very responsive and helpful, but let me know that we would not be receiving a leash. Not a big deal, but I do recommend that either that is specified in copy or removed from the photo carousel.
