Not only does it charge great and come with two batteries and 4 battery backs, but the design and lighting compliment/copy the Xbox Series X Design. Both functionality and great design.

Great dual charger that looks like the Xbox Series X because of the vents. Lights up red when charging and green when it is fully charged. Doesn’t sit very high, so it can fit easily in shelves without much height space.

Q:
I own this unit however I can only get one battery to charge. The second battery flashes red and then the light goes black. Is the battery faulty? Doesn't work in either controller (I own two controllers).

A:
It cluld be a number of things. The first issue could be that it's faulty and won't hold a charge. I've had the same issue with only one battery via this brand. If you have the proper small screw driver to fit gaming controllers, you can also use the same screwdriver to take the battery back apart. Clean it and screw the batteries back in. You can't see the screws unless you peel back the company sticker on the battery itself. Keep in mind if you take it apart, it could null the warranty. Hope this helps! A lot of times if you take it in to gamestop, they'll switch it at no cost for rewards members even without a receipt. Sometimes they'll do it without either of those so its worth a shot too. Good luck!
