I bought this two weeks ago and unfortunately scared that it won’t last long due to the speaker not functioning properly at times. Went to the store to do an exchange and they are out of stock. Hoping they have one before my warranty is up.

Yes, Mine was originally set up for Verizon. I switched to T-Mobile without any trouble. I then switched to a different carrier & that was also no trouble. Game Stop stands behind their phones & will accept returns within a certain time frame if you have any problems. We’ve been buying our phones from them for 5 years. Hope that helps.

Used means that there was a previous owner and there was nothing seemed wrong with it and Refurbished means that there was something wrong with it and it was fixed by a professional. I personally recommend refurbished since it was reviewed by a professional.
