Product Description

Pokémon being used for more practical purposes is pretty common. The classic image of the Pikachus being used to power a generator at a Pokémon Center during a blackout comes to mind. We aren't asking for anything quite as extravagant, mind you. All we need is up to three more hours of juice for our phones. We figure that isn't asking too much by comparison, right? The Pokémon Pikachu Portable Charger features one of your favorite little electric type Pokémon all ready to Thunder Shock that phone of yours back to life. This charger runs on batteries so if runs out of juice you can just pop in a couple more, and you're ready to go! No need to charge the charger!

Hello Thr3one3rd - This item has a USB charging port on the side of the unit, so it should be compatible with Apple iPhones and iPods as long as the charge cable is USB.

I got this charger as a birthday present and I was super happy to use it but it had other plans instead of charging my phone the pikachu drained my phone of its battery so I will never be using this product again.

I bought this over two years ago and the screws that you need to remove to get the batteries in are completely stuck and impossible to remove. So this thing is useless.

It’s a phone bank and it’s pikachu! One flaw
2 years ago
The only negative about this phone bank is that it cannot be recharged. It’s basically a one time charge from 2 AA batteries rather than a recharging phone bank. Also, the screw to open the compartment is very small as deep in a whole. Requires small screwdriver for glass to remove. So unless you carry one of those with you... your kind of out of luck once batteries die.

Uses batteries and needed to be opened with a tiny screwdriver but otherwise it’s helpful.

Not one of my favorite purchases, for sure!

This is my first negative review of a product & had I read the packaging like I should have, I would have never purchased it, so technically it’s my own fault. I was thinking it was more of like a power bank, but it can be charged up, it uses 2 AA batteries. Granted, I’m the event of a power outage, this may be helpful, but for the day-to-charging, I would not recommend this. It sucks down the batteries super quick & you get barely any battery life from it. If you have rechargeable batteries, I’m sure it would be a different story.

Frequently disconnects

The pikachu portable usb charger looks awesome very sturdy doesn’t crack or break if dropped. However constantly loses connection and doesn’t charge for more the 30 seconds. Quite disappointing.
