It's a nice controller but within 2 weeks it became unresponsive at times. Wouldn't recommend on a game you can't pause

I will be returning the controller the buttons are not working appropriately. But, GameStop has been wonderful helping us with the process.

Didn’t last long drift started in both joysticks in less then a week
We always want for our guests to receive their consoles and accessories in the best quality. We are reaching out to you now to make sure this get resolved.
The controller works fine when it works, but sometimes, the input will just freeze for a bit. If the left stick is held down, the character will keep moving, etc. I have to unplug the controller and plug it back in to fix the input, which takes a little bit of time during the game. This didn't use to happen with any of my old controllers and I've only had this for less than a month.
Oh no! Having a controller go bad so short into its lifespan is never any fun, but we'd love to see if we can help. Be on the lookout for a follow-up email on this!
PowerA controllers can not make it three months without having issues. And they are also likely to have defects when you buy them new.
