So far everything is fine. It was a gift so i’m not sure how durable product is. Came in the storage option i purchased. Controller was a different color than expected but works fine.

Upgraded from the 360. Takes some time fir new games to download on the console but well worth it. Good graphics and sound, character ai. Fast bootup when instant on is activated. Rest easy with 2tb of space to save games, music, photos. Well worth my purchase.

Does pre-owned mean brand new? Or is that still refurbished?

Pre-owned means that someone previously owned the device and sold it to GameStop. GameStop says that they go through a refurbishment process to make sure all devices are in good working order before they’re resold, and I’ve never had an issue.
