The PS4 was stolen at delivery....you guys were 100% willing to fix & help us, which was great! It showed up after a couple days & a note was placed in the mailroom. But you guys were willing to reship at the ready. Thank you for your willingness to help out.

I was so hesitant on purchasing a pre-owned gaming system but I was surprised and satisfied with what we received. It was well packaged and came with everything needed. No scratches or anything on the console or wireless control. Now I can’t say whether or not it will continue to work but as of now, my daughter hasn’t had an issue. I am so happy I took a leap of faith and finally got my daughter her own system because I felt bad when she would borrow her cousins and then she’d get left hanging whenever he chose to come take it back. Nothing like having your own. Kept hoping to not waste money on a 4 so we could purchase a ps5 but there is no way I’m paying 1k or more for something we all know costs half that & too many scams are taking place with whatever may actually be out there as far as the ps5 is concerned. Either way happy with this purchase.

The first system I received seemed great until I tried to play a disk game. It started making a loud noise and sounded like it was scratching the disk. So i packed it back up and returned it. Waiting in the replacement now..

As I don’t frequent GameStop I wasn’t too sure how the PS4 was gonna come as the first PS4 I had bought from them was the wrong storage capacity (which they quickly got sorted out), but after the new PS4 was sent to my apt, it works just fine, it’s the proper storage amount and now I’m enjoying playing Persona 5. Thank you very much!
