The game works fine but the controller are damage. This is the second time that I have to return them. So unhappy, cause I bought this game on the 8/31/21 and it's going on a month. That I haven't been able to play this game. It's best to buy your own controller.

Came pretty quick however it did not work. I tried three chargers with two different controllers it was sent with and none of them worked so I had to return it in store which became a hassle and took over an hour because they couldn't link the GameStop online store receipt with a return In Store. Then I didn't get all money back because they had to take out shipping. I was really looking forward to playing the final fantasy vii remake and still haven't had a chance after the few years it's been out.

I love it and i had ordered a couple games that were wrong and gamestop refunded me evan before i shiped them back that says alot in my book love ps4 and gamestop

The two remotes I got with it were already broken in little ways.

This was a13th birthday present for my son and he couldn't be happier! Even arrived earlier than expected but just in time for his actual birthday!
