With GameStop’s new Same Day Delivery, you can get your order delivered in just a few hours from your local GameStop store. We’ve partnered with multiple delivery couriers who utilize Contactless Delivery to quickly pickup and deliver your order, safely.
Step 1 - Order by 3 p.m. local time and receive your delivery by 9pm.
Valid on eligible products only. Orders placed after 3 p.m. local time will be available for next day delivery.
Step 2 - Pick out the items you’d like to buy and choose Deliver Today
Step 3 - Verify your address that the delivery driver will use to deliver your items
Step 4 - Checkout and be sure to enter your mobile number to receive updates
Step 5 - You’ll be notified via email, text message and with a link to track order progress from pickup to delivery
What is Same Day Delivery?
GameStop is offering Same Day Delivery at select stores on eligible products. You will see time remaining for Same Day Delivery when selecting your product. Even though you may select Same Day Delivery and products are fulfilled as fast as possible, there’s a possibility that your order will be delivered the next day. In this case, you will be notified via the order ready for pickup order that the pickup date is the next day.
Are there delivery windows for Same Day Delivery?
Delivery windows will be added later, but at this time orders are delivered as fast as possible.
How much will I pay for Same Day Delivery?
You will see the delivery fee indicated during the checkout process.
Who will be delivering my Same Day Delivery order?
GameStop has partnered with multiple delivery service providers (DSPs). You will be notified of the DSP selected when the order is ready for pickup.
Why are some products not available for Same Day Delivery?
GameStop has chosen the top products to be available for Same Day Delivery and the list of products is constantly being updated.
What if I don’t receive my delivery?

Can I cancel my Same Day Delivery order?
We want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, so in most cases we will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed. If you would like to see if your order is eligible for cancellation, you can visit your Order History on your Account Dashboard. If the item is still available to cancel, you may do so there. If your order is too far along in processing, we will be unable to cancel your order.
Why was my Same Day Delivery order canceled?
