I love my helmet so much. But the box came damaged but I don’t care, I wasn’t in it for the box I bought it for the helmets. You can’t wear the helmets, but then again who’s going to wear it to the grocery store or something like that lol
My first arrived in a damaged display box, but the GameStop customer service was fantastic, although it was a long, drawn-out process to communicate with them. I was able to return the damaged item with a GameStop shipping label, and they sent a replacement that was in perfect condition. It's a gorgeous set, very well made, the art within the display box is beautiful, and a MUST for all Loki fans!
A lot of people complain that these are too small. You can bend them to fit, easy! Good quality and they are more comfortable than the flimsy foam or plastic ones. Loki’s are more comfortable than Sylvie’s which might need a piece of foam.
Mine were open because sticker was obviously messed with so when I opened them the Loki crown paint was all messed up like someone spray painted in a garage and there's a chip out of part of it leaving a sharp edge!!!! Would not buy very poorly made!!! These aren't Legend series quality they almost feel like something you buy off etsy someone made!!! They are being returned tomorrow!!!!

This was the worst thing I have ever bought. When I opened it, it was clear that it had been used. Loki's helmet was out of its holder and the ribbon was tied in a knot. The Loki helmet was impossible to put on and pinched when I got it on the right way. The Sylvie helmet was okay. The only true positive was it had surprising weight to it, like it was real metal.
