WHY ISNT the microphone working on my pc?

I recommend  checking what port you are plugging the headset into. It needs to be a headset enabled input. Many PC split out microphone and headphones separately, so if you are plugged into the headphone only port the microphone won't work and likewise if you plug directly into the microphone port only the audio won't come through to your headset. If you do not have a headset port we recommend purchasing an aux splitter device to split the headset aux to microphone and headphone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by gmjr7735 from Not for people with big heads. Please read through This thing was SOOOOOOO tight when I got it. I tried to tough it out (big mistake). It gave me TMJ issues for weeks. If you don’t know what the TMJ is and what it’s like to have pain in that area of the head, look it up before you purchase this. I had to stack books between the headphones and stretch it out for like a week and a half before it stopped crushing my head. Plus the extension on this thing is so short. I shaved my head to get a little more space. Once my TMJ healed and the stretching mold held, these things were OK. People say my microphone is much clearer. Sound is OK. Don’t expect noise cancellation or premium loudness. I never write reviews but I HAD to this time.

Brand new controller as well so it’s not that either. Just really horrible quality that it doesn’t work on the first day.

Reading the reviews I already knew this was an awful AWFUL product. It is cheap garbage with horrible quality. The adjusters for your head is bad, the mic didn't even work, it came with the worlds worst audio sounding like an 8-bit on acid. DO NOT BUY!
