Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction 9 10 1 1

Aged but worth every penny The Hulk ultimate destruction has aged quite a bit since it first realeased. Thought the new Hulk game is prettier with HDR lighting and HIDEF textures and visuals, ultimate destruction still has a place in your game collection. The graphics are still barable as the game came shipped with native 720P support so your hi-def tv will be able to scale the game very well. Though occassionally the draw distance is bad, and pop up of characters happen every now and then it does not ruin the experience what so ever. Yeah so now your wondering than what so good about it. Well while the new hulk game has it beat by visuals this games controls and gameplay functions work smooth and most important of all FUN, making it the better game. In ultimate destructon you start off with a very powerful Hulk and gradually make him more unstoppable with the plethora of cool moves you can buy for him like a RPG. The story in this game is not a pulitzer but it does give the player the right motivation for wanting to take on and beat the abomination. While your character grows stronger you'll reallize the game takes advantage of this by making you fight stronger, more difficult characters giving you a reason to buy these moves. In Ultimate destruction you actually do feel like the HUlK and this game is well worth the investment to have a real experience playing as the green behemoth So yeah the game is not the best looking but it still pretyy good, its fun and you actually have a lot more to do in this game than the new one, So if your a gamer thar needs the ultra nice visuals then you can skip this title, but if you want a game that will let you do everythng you imagined the Hulk should be doing than Ultimate Destruction is it. 6/30/08
