Masterpiece; A Long Time Coming
This game is exciting. Like most people I know, a trade-in Xbox360 for an XboxONE was a tough decision. Especially since Rock Band 3 isn't playable on an XboxONE. GameStop wouldn't even take the instrument-controllers. I, for one, decided to revert to the classic Harmonix series, Rock Band / Rock Band 2. Which are still the best games I have for my Wii. Now, after a long 5 years since late October 2010, the next big thing is here. Rock Band 4 is going to be the best of them all. Especially with the Drum's Freestyle porting into the Guitar's solos. While rocking out to the best of rock since RB3, you can show them how you'd rather write the solo. Being this excited isn't new to me, or most. I've been excited for games from Harmonix since the first one came out. I loved learning how the Guitar part was recorded on its own then layered over everything else. Same with Bass. Then, when you missed a note on the game, the guitar part went silent, changing your experience with that song forever. Eventually making it to Expert difficulty, I got the guts to actually play the Guitar Hero 3 machine at my local movie theater. Now I'm the best in town, I hope, and will love firing out notes on these Next-Gen consoles. I hope everyone else is excited as I am about this. It's going to be great.
