Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great story The character you play as has a great voice and the graphics are very good. The story is the best part of this game as it is so intriguing. As soon as I finished it I undownloaded it from my XB1 because the story is all their is to do and no multyplayer or free roam.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Underated. first off i love how it takes place in salem,ma! this game is super underrated and it angers me off when people say "worst game ever". this game was really good and something different from what i ususally play. the gameplay was good but the campaign was really short to be honest.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting Concept Airtight Games had a great idea. You have to solve your own murder with the help of a girl who is a clairvoyant. In other words your a ghost. Walking through walls, seeing other people who had passed away and even helping some of those people. I found myself enjoying the story and I generally liked Joy (the clairvoyant). It reminded me of some other detective games I have played like CSI and L.A. Noire. But the game does have some short falls it is very short I only had about 8 hours into the game and some of that was just wondering around jumping into people to listen to their thoughts (yup I was just being nosy), you do have to watch for demons as they will suck the life or essence out of you ending the game but these are few and far between, and even though I looked in what I thought was every corner of every location I was not able to find all the collectables. Now that, that is said the game was enjoyable and deserves a chance if your lairy about it for any reason then maybe just rent it. After playing this game I was sorry to read that Airtight Games had shut down because as far as I know this is the only detective type game that you play as a ghost. Good gaming friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you love games with a good storyline... I absolutely love this game. It's addicting and the story is great. If you're the kind of person who just runs thru games killing everything this game isn't for you, but if you like depth and really taking in the environment and characters you will enjoy this game. You even get to play as the cat!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great story, fun, and scary. Has great story, fun game play, gives ya goosebumps. Only annoying was the demons attacking you. Don't listen to the mainstream reviewers. Not worth $60 though, should be a 40 dollar game. I hope they make a sequel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Negative subtitle & graphic are merged to my eyes I like action modes, investigating skills, leading story, and characteristic of the protagonist. I play but I don't finish it. Kind of bothering to me. My eyes. Because of subtitle is tiny on my 15 inch TV LD and color font is conflict with graphic game. I am Deaf. I have significant reading skill for seeing subtitle. I don't see font number or color font on setting option (Murdered: Spul Suspects). Important.. I can read and learn. Suggest: anyone will produce the future games and add font size and color font on options. For Deaf and usher syndrome people can read. Hope someone will do it. And good business...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way Better Game Than People Think I read the reviews on this game and really couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to get it or not. After watch game play on YouTube I thought it looked really good to get. It's a really different style game. I am use to the war games and things like Assassins Creed and etc. This one you have to actually use your head to solve your own murder. I popped in the game and I was hooked. I;m not playing games hours and hours at a time. Yet I was with this one. I couldn't turn it off. Many people I feel give this game a low rating is because you don't kill anyone and you have to actually use your brain on this game. I think it was well done and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get it. Its really worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Underrated Game I really don't know why this game gets such a bad rap. It really is a great game. Yes, it is on the short side, and there isn't a lot of replay value, unless you missed some items and just want to collect everything. I like to explore, so I collected as I went along, and it took me a good while to complete the game. I have read about people saying they beat it in 4-6 hours, and I guess if you just do the main objectives, yes, you probably could. But why would anyone want to? There is so much more story to be told. The graphics are pretty good, and the voice acting is great. The gameplay is pretty good, but really, there just isn't much as far as mechanics; this is a story game, not a fighting game (there is some, just very little). I felt it was worth full price. At the very least, it's worth a sale or pre-owned price. If you like story in your games, I am confident you will like this one!
