Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor
Another spectacular looking next gen title !!!!
First off I just want to say that obviously I'm a huge Lord Of The Rings/ Hobbit fan I mean I think that could be said about anyone who is looking at this game. Anyway this game has some incredible graphics and looks absolutely spectacular.
Looks like it will be one of the best games of '14
From what I've gathered it will have a Batman: Arkham/ Assassin's Creed feel to it. The combat should feel very similar to Batman, with the combos and counters and whatnot. And with the ability to climb up ledges and buildings/strike targets from above, it will have a slight AC feel. I'm thinking the play will feel closer to Batman, however, since WB was also in on those. Add in a great LOTR plot and I'm thinking this game should be gold. Loads to be excited about here.
Its been so long since there was a truly epic Lord of the Rings game! Gameplay looks awesome, graphics looks amazing, story looks interesting. What else could you really ask for. Im very excited
This game looks totally amazing. I cant wait to get this game when it is released on XBOX ONE!!! I am going to buy this game, one of the best RPGs in awhile!
AC in LOTR? why not
This game looks incredible. The nemesis system is going to be sick. A lot of people are saying this is just AC set in LOTR, there is nothing wrong with that. I personally like AC and I love LOTR. Can't wait for this to be released.
This game looks incredible! The nemesis system should make for a great game, and high replay value. The only downside is the game has no multiplayer.
This is not a Lord of the Rings game, it's more
A lot of people are saying this is copying Assassins Creed with the whole climbing aspect and that it doesn't tie in with the Lord of the Rings. Well it could be Prince of Persia code or something like that also, maybe that with Assassins Creed. I love that they're doing that. I cant tell you how awesome it would be with that freedom of movement in such a world. It would be a totally new experience. To conclude this, it has absolutely nothing to do with The Lord of the Rings, nor the Hobbit. It is in between the two, and specifically stated it was not another movie game. So expect greatness.
Looks kind of cheesy!
It looks exactly like an Assassin's Creed game. I mean, it looks interesting and all and fun.. But it doesn't seem fitting for an LOTR game.
