Rated 3 out of 5 by from Multiplayer When I got this game I already looked into it because it looked a lot like day z,but when me and my friends tried playing,we couldn't,there needs to be more than 4 players on one server...then maybe I might buy it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This game lasts a long time but the graphics The game is a great crafting game and I recommend it, all though if you really care about the graphics, this game is not for you. If you do like the game, well, your in for a ride, the searching mechanics are great and the leveling idea is great. The reason why it's called 7 days to die is because every 7 in game days, a zombie hoard raises your settlement and tries to kill you. Remember to put up your spikes and get on the roof and bring your guns cause it's going to be a killing! Note: there is multiplayer, and it's really fun.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good Zombie Survival game There aren't many games like this on either console or PC. And those that are, are usually Mods made from a game that might have nothing to do with zombies. 7 Days to Die is a very good Zombie Survival game. It's not AAA game so don't expect one. The graphics aren't the best, it looks like something that should have been on last gen hardware, but that doesn't take away from the experience unless you care that how great a game looks. It has an in depth crafting system, there are many things to make and different way to do so.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Random Crashes The game is fun and enjoyable some of the time. But the game has major flaws. It will randomly crash for no reason, frame rates are lower than acceptable most times, it will hang up for a couple of seconds every few minutes, sometimes a save will erase all of your hard earned loot and construction causing you to start over on your base, the load times are HORRIBLE just to get into the game, and split screen doesn't always want to start up when a player wants to join.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible game despite the reviews I absolutely love 7 Days to Die, I played 128 hours of it on PC before it released on Xbox One and was excited to get it on console so that I could play it with my friends on Xbox Live who don't play PC games. Unfortunately I have yet to get the online multiplayer to work but as the game is in Alpha and the developers are hard at work patching the game I am confident that they will get it up and running soon. The PC version has already been out for years and the developers have always been really good about constantly patching and updating the game so I'm confident that they'll fix whatever issues the console version is currently facing. A lot of reviews are mentioning game breaking bugs but after dozens of hours on the Xbox version I have yet to experience one and apart from the occasional lag and zombie who continues standing even after being killed, the game has been mostly bug free in my experience. The other main complaint is that the graphics aren't good but when you consider that the entire environment is made up of individual breakable blocks the level of detail that they achieve is extremely impressive. The gameplay is also extremely fun. There can be a bit of a learning curve and new players will find themselves spending a lot of time on the wiki trying to figure out how not to die constantly but eventually you figure it out and with enough hard work you go from cautiously beating zombies with a stone ax, just barely scavenging up enough food to survive, and cowering in the attics of abandoned houses at night to taking on zombies with snipers and rocket launchers from your fortress surrounded by steel walls and barbed wire and the game keeps drawing you in as you always feel a constant need to build up even more.
