Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for fps The controller is good for fps, 3rd person, and fighting games. It is slightly smaller than a 360 controller and has smaller joysticks as well. It is however pretty terrible at racing games do to the small travel on the triggers and bumpers for optional acceleration and speed. But however for fps the slow travel makes it more effective in combat situations that require quick movements. The close distance between the joysticks and the A, B, Y, and X buttons are also convenient.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LOW PERFORMANCE in the first two weeks of use, the console does not detected in some occasions, eventually least sometimes detected; in 30 days and I did not detect the console stopped working.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bought it as a back up to my wireless controller. Was in the market for a new controller, I drop my wireless one all the time. I also grow tired of recharging batteries all the time. I came across this one and thought I would try it out. It's awesome! I haven't put it down yet. The only draw back from it, is not being able to hook up a headset to it. Don't bother reading the negative reviews... people know what they're buying. To write a bad review on a poor purchase decision is on them. Read the Rock Candy controller reviews. 8.0, 6.0 and 2.0.... all the same controller just different colors. That's a huge difference, you really have to filter out horrible reviews on this site.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time I got this as a cheap alternative so I could play some 2-player games. The Pro: I like the design, it feels good in my hands. The buttons feel cheap, sometimes I have to press them really hard for the button press to register. The quality just isn't there for a controller that isn't much cheaper in price than the official one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Now I have a new favorite controller- truly great Well I decided to go to Gamestop and buy this wired controller just for the fact that I wanted 360-like triggers... and I have not been disappointed :) The size seems quite good for my adult hands and I actually like the shape of the handles which really provides some excellent ergonomics. The thumbsticks offer the same nice design as offered on Microsoft's controller, but they're around 15% smaller diameter and are a little less loose to push around than those of the Microsoft controller. Think Dreamcast controller thumbstick resistance, and that's definitely a positive in my opinion. So far all aspects feel very good. Also, it has the 360-like impulse triggers which perform just as well as you'd expect them to. The rumble effects are nice! Great 360-like controller- If you don't mind the fact that it's not wireless. It cannot be used with a chat headset, but you can chat using your Kinect 2.0 turned on as a mic... One thing you can consider is using wireless surround sound headphones (via your tv's headphone jack) for a reasonably good headset experience. All in all, the Power A Mini X1 controller has become my new all around favorite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Inexpensive Alternative This is a nice solid little wired controller that makes a good cheaper counterpart to the regular Xbox One Wireless pad. Sticks are a little stiffer and the glossy finish of the controller is a fingerprint magnet, but the controller feels great to play with. Heads up though, this controller does NOT have a headset/accessory port.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice affordable controller, works fine with PC Writing this review to counter the first product review, which mistakenly claims the Mini Series Controller doesn't work on PC. It works fine with PC. You just need the Xbox One controller driver, which Windows should download automatically. Besides that, the controller has a great d-pad, analog sticks, and bumper buttons. The bumpers are actually more responsive than the official Xbox One controller's. The triggers don't have much range and the vibration is weaker, but both aspects make sense given the small size of this controller. The real downer is the lack of headset jack, but this is still a great controller for solo play or as an extra controller for local multiplayer.
