Fun, but graphics suck
Its a fun game for strategy games like me, but the graphics are some of the worst ive seen, but it does draw you in to play more, sound sucks somewhat to. Had to start playing but once you get it, its playable.

Vote El Presidente!
This game is a city builder but with a weird but fun twist. As the leader of island nation in the carribean, you must keep your people, cold war superpowers, and tourists happy. Graphics are great, sound is good and I always enjoy the latin soundtrack. I find myself humming it every once in a while. Only downside is the xbox 360 version controls can get tricky, but that is not much to gripe about.

to me the game sucked
if you lose a election you lose the game no matter how far you get even if you have all the things in the game and you lose a election it is all lost.

GREAT GAME
This is a great game and i would recommend it to people who like simulation games. The only thing it needs is a style choice where at least you have the choice of how a building looks like modern or old style but over all its worth the 18 bucks. great graphics. relaxing music. and i like that you can view individual people

This game is truly amazing!! Love it!!
This game is a lot of fun. After you beat the campaign, you can play around in the sandbox mode and still have a lot of fun. I've owned this game since its release and it still finds its way into my console for play. The only negative to this game is that there is no expansion packs available for the console version.

Its ok,not amazing
I downloaded this game off the xbox market place for 20 dollars. It was a good purchase. The game is fun but i find it gets boring in the middle of a game.if you dont know the whole game is about building a country on a island.Theres a bunch of buildings you can buy like farms, hotels, apartments, mines, mansions, movie theaters and alot more.I havent played the story yet only sandbox mode.
I think the game is worth a buy for he price or just wait till the new one comes out.

El Presidente!!!
Tropico 3 is a rare gem for counsel gaming. City sims have never been transfered from a PC as well as the team's behind this game! Props to the Dev's onw this one. To propperly sum this game up would take way to long. You are El presidente! You rule over various islands... be it by communist dictatorship, or capitalist superpower... or that sweetspot you create. Graphics are solid and clean for how much is on the screen at any givin time . Soundtrack is great, and comes to you through T.N.T radio!! Hosted by the greatly voiced Juanito! Tropico 3 can get rather chalenging... but thats a selling point. If your looking for a new game to sink your teeth into , Tropico will steal you away for hours! Cheers !

This game is great!
I actually don't have the game, but I have the demo. Like, demos are usually worse than the actual game, and I love the demo! The game is both challenging and brain-working. Its not fun per-se, but its good for intellectuals.

Love it!
I had never heard of this game before but I am so glad I did. If you like the Sims or even Keflings you are sure to love this. It was a little hard to get the hang of but once you do its hard to put down. It tested my morals lol. The soundtrack got a little redundant after a while but was overall pretty good.

Fun, But Tough RTS
I'm not the biggest fan of RTS games, but I gave Tropico 3 a shot. It did deliver on some aspects, but other times it felt a bit frustrating.
The thing about Tropico 3 is that if you're doing something wrong, you're gonna get severely punished; I thought the game was difficult. Very little guidance or explanation is present in the game, so you're going to be fending for yourself. One thing I found particularly maddening was when I was trying to get my construction workers to build things. They would work for a day, then completely abandon the project. I went an entire game year without seeing them do work. I eventually had them all shot.
If you're a good RTS player, there are going to be less of these issues for you. Tropico 3 is still fun, and the graphics and sound aren't bad either.
