Rated 9 out of 10 by GameHeadOnline Best Game Yet
Even thought I'm a huge fan of the series, i haven't played one since 09. I love the significant changes they've made. I've been waiting a long time for them to change the graphics, and they finally did. The gameplay is smooth and relaxing. The selection of courses is huge. You can still do the game face and play the career. Also they have this new thing where you can relive the best moments in Tiger's career. However, they could have a few more golfers, thought I think they have plenty for most people. They changed the swinging a little bit, but when you think about it, all that's new is the swing line. What I DON'T like is putting, they took away the efficient meter, and replaced it with this small, hard, and fast meter on the ground, you have to take your backswing on a putt real slow cuz of this. Other than that, this game is amazing and I love it a lot. I recommend to all golf fanatics.

At first when i got this i thought it was great. I started a career with a golfer and wasted countless hours on the game face which has many flaws then started playing the actual career. The amateur tournaments at the beginning are a joke then when you get to the masters its like impossible. The wind after the 2nd round makes no sense and goes up to 30 MPH. When it is less it is usually affected more so it is almost impossible to guess where to aim. If thats not a problem enough half of the time when you hit a bad shot it will kick you out into some crazy location which makes no sense and gets annoying. The commentary is practically 0 which is also annoying and the kinect is a joke. it doesnt read half the time no matter where you stand and always hits a perfect shot no matter how poorly executed and half the time goes to a place you dont want. it has great online but that is about it.

So I bought this game in hopes that I could log on when I get home and play with my buddies. Well that is partially true, but you have to earn coins to unlock more courses. Not that I dont mind that, I just dont have time to do all that stuff. I just want to log in and play a bit with my friends on a course of our choice. Theres only a few courses unlocked at the beginning. I could see unlocking them in single player only, but when you have to unlock online features that crosses the line. Thats all I like to do is play online. Not a big single player fan. Anyway, one last complaint. I do not like the putting. There is no measure of how hard to hit a long putt versus a short putt. The meter is the same. There should be some sort of way to measure how hard you putt the ball, not just pull back the stick. Oh well.. I bought it and sold it all in 24 hours time I was so unhappy with it.

i have a few problems after playing it for a few days, (1) they changed all the meters putting, swinging there is no more % n concentrate on the swing more so that i like not that the putting meter is hard to see or get right ... (2) why do u have to pay for courses that are on the disk? ither u have to pay outright or earn coins to play rounds n if by some miricle u get gold on the course u get unlimited play, the issue with that is its 6000 coins per rd and gonna take a good player at lease 5 rounds to complete gold ... you dont get coins fast enough n Courss like Walile that were normal courses the last few years you now have to pay for ... i personally will not get any of the new courses simply because more then half are on the disk n will never pay twice for what on the disk ... EVER

Before Tiger Woods 13 released, I was so excited when I heard that it works with the Kinect. I got the game as soon as it came out and, unfortunately, I wasn't so satisfied. The Kinect tracking is way, way off, there was a glitch that caused it to freeze, and there were so many courses but only half of them were playable at first. To get the other courses, you had to download them which costs extra money. I don't have my Xbox 360 connected to Xbox Live. Come on EA, I spent $60 on this game, and you have to have Xbox Live to get the other courses, what a ripoff! For a lot less money you can get a used, older Tiger Woods golf game that would have more playable courses. I'll bet that Tiger Woods isn't so happy that he has a sub-par product (pun intended). I returned this game a few months later.

tiger woods pga tour 13 is a good game. the graphics are great, but sometimes when you tee off on a par 3 and its show the scuff marks they glitch a little. the game take a little getting use to when i 1st played it i was pretty horrible. if you have trouble putting on the green then you can have it show you were the ball will break and how far to put it over wich is a big help. the life of tiger is really boring, what would be fun about hitting golf balls into a pool nothing i tried it didnt like it and left it alone. making your own golfer is fun and working threw the challenges to get to the pga is fun if you like golf games you might want to get this it takes a little getting use to but is fun when you get the hang of it
Rated 8 out of 10 by jjjakester13 Kinect VS. Controller
I perfer to use the controller because when you use the Kinect, it's just to touchy. You can barley move your hand and the spot where you are aiming moves a mile. Also i found out that when you use the kinect it takes longer to play the game just because of the aiming issues. I also think it is harder to play the game when you are using the controller because you have to pull back and push forward the Left Stick perfectly in order to hit the ball good. When you use the kinect there are also glitches. Somtimes the character wont swing when you swing. So if I were to rate this with the controller i would give it a 9. If i were to rate this with the Kinect i would give it a 4.

I bought this game remembering how much I loved to play Tiger Woods 2004 for my GameCube. It started out as being a really fun game, but it got really boring after a while. It was just the same old thing over and over again. I also hated the fact that I would have to buy rounds to play courses that didn't come with the game. I already payed a decent amount of money for the game. I don't want to pay more to play on other courses, especially per round. It's a video game EA, you don't have to water the courses every day and maintain them... I'm trading this game in for something more fun

Tiger Woods PGA tour 13 is an overall good game. Total swing control, player movement, golf coursers, and career mode are all pros. Cons include offal lighting, lifeless commentary (again), and the number of golfers are still scarce. Player animations need work, as some look like cartoon characters. Others are okay, but none are good enough. I understand EA sports trying to be creative by adding Tiger Legacy Challenge to the game, but you will find yourself board after a few minutes. The game is good, but many flaws subtract from a great experience.
Rated 1 out of 10 by gamer12124 You only get 7 stock courses, rest is DLC
In the create a career mode, you must skip probably 2 of every 3 matches because you don't have the course!! Then why is it there? What is the point in charging $60 when you get 1/3 of the game. The courses that are actually on the course are not included.
This is a classic case of EA robbing it's fans by buying out the rest of the competition and giving you half of a game and making you buy the rest. From now on, I will seek all other means necessary to get my gaming to ensure I will never purchase from these guys again. Disgusting way to run a business.
