Umm, Its a good game...
I bought this game used a few weeks ago, so i'm not the first to buy it i'm sure, and the game is very challenging, if you want to get all five stars on each mission, which really only unlocks achievements, so if you like achievements and want to boost your GS, this is not the game to get. But if you want a good challenge, and want to be the best darn stuntman ever, and watch things blow up and crash into stuff without the police showing up, it's a great game. I don't recommend buying it new, but buying it used or renting it is the way to go. The sound quality is good, has some nice voice over, graphics are intense, I'd say if you have surround sound you're going to like this game, with all the explosions and things. So all around, it's fun, but does put out some headaches if you don't have a lot of patience.
Not for the impatient
"Stuntman: Ignition" is the greatest driving game that you're supposed to crash in. The single player is incredibly fun. The multiplayer, or "multiclash" as it's called in the game, is not that bad either. In single player, you start out as a small time stuntman and as you go through the game, you get called in for bigger movies, stunt shows and commercials. As you go through the game, you're rated on your performence from one to five stars. The only way to get five stars and the big bonus is to string every trick from start to finish. As the title suggests, this is not for the impatient. The only real down fall to this game is that you only get so many chances to miss the director's requested stunts. After you use all of your chances, you must reshoot the entire scene over again. All in all, this game is fun, but not for those who are impatient.
Try and try Again
This game is tough as nails, but extraordinarily fun. You'll fail constantly, but every time you do you'll say, "One more try." You're a stuntman, and you have to maneuver through movie scenes, pulling 180 turns, starting explosions, and going off of ramp after ramp. Only on the rarest occasion does the game mark you off for something that you don't think is wrong; almost always, it's your fault and you're gonna want to fix your mistake. I'm not typically into really hard games, but this one's irresistible.
great but extremely hard.
when i bought this game,i was actually expecting an easy stuntman game.well, i was so wrong.it is very hard;but if you are impatient, this game is not for you.you have to do a series of movie stunts, that are assigned to yoy and to complete them,is going to be kind of hard at first, but when you get used to all of the stunt moves, you will have so much fun with this game.
i am not a fan of the frusterating original but this game was very un ans addictive, the stunts are really coll and the graphics are great, they also have a wide variety of movies that you do stunts for, this game is pretty difficult but after about 20 minutes ut becomes second nature. this game is going to be good.
alright but not interested
This is an all right game but the control of it and the actual car handling of the game just isn't high and mighty like we all expect. Not to say I don't like the game its just that its hard to like a game you cant really even control that well. But if you're a driving fan this is a must buy so rent it first because the first stuntman is better I'm sorry to say it but its true. There is a great deal of things you can use but its hard to pass a seen in the third movie but the second movie which is "whooping and a hollering 2" is the easiest movie you could do because the directors are so intrigued by all your performances no matter what you do even if you fail they will still love you. But seriously it's only my opinion so make your own if you will but yeah go ahead and try it.
This game looks pretty sweet. I played Stuntman on my PS@ back in the day, when it came out, right? Alright, I'm guilty. I still play it a little to this day. But I might start up again just to prepare for this one. The main problem I had with the last one though, everytime you messed something up, you had to restart it. Even though I'm a persistent jerk, I STILL haven't beaten it. But that's beside the point. I never thought I'd see the day where I could truly run a demolition derby online, with a single player mode that's second to none. At least of this particular genre. I'm looking forward to seeing this game released, and I hope I can get my hands on an advance copy, just so I can play it sooner. That's probably not gonna happen though.
Ok let me start off with that I thought this sounded like a good game when I saw it but it turned out to be bad. I started playing it and I kept failing I played it everyday for a week and still did not get past the entire first level. I am a casual gamer and like shooters racers and sports this I think would be under racing/action but I do not like it and the cars are bad. Make sure you read about a game before you get it. I learned that and look at other reviews don't just take mine into consideration Thanx 4 reading. Rockstahr94 look me up on xbox live and tell me you read my Stuntman Ignition reveiw and tell me what you thought this is my gamertag Rockstahr94.
Can't wait for the game
The demo was VERY good. I will be playing that for a while. Very fast-paced and looks VERY cool in replay mode because its from the eyes of the camera. But it doesn't look like much of anything new from the second besides the construct your own scene which should be very cool if they can do it good. completely looking forward to this title.
Worth A Play
I don't know what everyone is saying about it being so challenging. I actually thought it to be too easy to beat as far as I got before not playing anymore. But what i did play was fun. It keeps you on your toes and tests your reflexes. Overall it is definitely worth the play.
