Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Written This game was very well. The lasting appeal on his is amazing because it shows the struggles of war. A lot of people say it is bad because it portraits violence and turns you away from shooter games. But its just a game, and it is very entertaining.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What an experience This is the seventh underrated game that I have in my 360 collection and it turned out that The Line was 'Lucky 7' and oh boy, this is game is one heck of an experience. Like BulletStorm, I didn't pay much attention to this game but a few days ago, I started to think about this game and given of how it's a forgotten third-person shooter and an underrated game, I'd thought I would give this one a shot and it was one heck of an experience. However, there two problems that I've found out. 1. Loading Screens: I get that this game was released in 2012 but I still find the loading screens to be pointless. I admire the artwork and they do have tips at the bottom of the screen but after dying like crazy, you'll find yourself getting tired of seeing the same thing over and over again. 2. Cover mechanic kind of stinks: This is a cover & shoot game but you need to careful when you try to take cover and the reason why is because sometimes, even if you are in good place to take cover from being slammed by bullets, you will still get shot at. It was the cause of my death number of times and it would make the game hard because of it. Again, you need to be careful where you try to take cover. Spec Ops: The Line is actually inspired by the book 'Heart of Darkness' and it showed that what a good inspiration it was. This game does contain a plot twist that will leave you mind-blown. I will not spoil anything but the ending is just that crazy and will leave you shocked. I will promise you that much. Overall, give this game is worth a shot and you will not be disappointed. Just remember, you will find yourself hating the desert after the experience that lies ahead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it so far... I say that because I haven't even finished the campaign. As far as it goes, the story is very plot-twisting, and very good 3rd person shooting gameplay. I can't give a full critic of this game because I haven't played multiplayer. Only because this game has been out for a while. So I can't find anyone to play with online. Other than that, good game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This game is straight up beautiful Like the last of us, this game deserves a movie adaptation with christian bale as captain walker, will smith as Adams, and sharlto Copley as lugo. By the way this game is the best TPS I have ever played in my entire life. Please, please, please buy this. You won't regret it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wow! This game.... wow. What an amazing game. The story was incredible. It was everything that COD tries and tries to be. Chubby Checker blushed after all the twists. I hope they make another one and it is just as good as this one!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One heck of an ending I bet most people were thinking this game was gonna be another Call of Duty ripoff like I thought but no you would be wrong this game is so much better than you would think. The campaign is most amazing probably one of the best endings ever in a videogame. This game plays out in third person like Gears of War or GTA 5 but with the style of Call of Duty or Battlefield. The only thing I have problem with is that in the multiplayer not many people play so it can be tough to find a match at times. But you should get this game it is amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome!! My big brother and I was in a video warehouse store in Statesboro, that's when we saw this game. I played this game for two days for three hours! And I beat it, they weren't kidding about the blood and gore though, there's a lot of gore and less blood. But, that didn't stop me because a I play M games and I'm going to be 13 in November. But don't let any kids play this, or at least 10 or 11 year olds, they might have night mares. But for the teens and grown ups, definitely. Two thumbs up, BUY IT!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic game with one heck of an ending I won't give away the ending but it makes the game a total must. The action in it is fast paced and keeps you playing for hours. The campaign is nice and long. It is one of the best FPS I have played in a long time. If you are a fan of FPS games you have to pick this one up, you will not be upset you did.
