Game Informer Rating:

Rated 8.0 out of 10 by Game Informer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best survival horror games The Silent Hill collection has two of the best games in the series and those to games just so happen to be the two best horror games period. A lot of people have complained about the lighting in this game and how it isn't like the original, but trust me when I say it does not make a difference with the horror aspect. I give this game a 10 out of 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Silent Hill Is Paradise This stands out because of Silent Hill 2. Silent Hill 3 is good on it's own level. (Due to tying up loose ends from Silent Hill 1) Its great either way seeing these two great games on a 360. Both installments are worth numerous play through's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scary and fun! This s fun game and both silent hill 2 and 3 will creep you out. Silent hill 2 is scarier but silent hill 3 has a creepier atmosphere. It is not loaded with glitches or sound problems like everyone says. The sound is fine. There is a glitch here and there, but thats normal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money... I am a huge fan of the Silent hill games..So when the HD collection came out I couldn't wait to get it since I never had the 3rd Silent hill game for my collection..Sadly When I got the game and started to play it there where so many problems with the sound and how glitchy the game play is I stopped playing it.Konami said that they would be releasing patches to fix these problems,So I have been waiting for the patch to be released to be able to play the game without all the issues. Konami released the patch for the PS3 about a month ago and we where told that the 360 patch would be out in a few more weeks, well now Konami has said there will be no patch for the Xbox 360..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HD goodness! With all of these HD collections and games coming out it's hard to keep up nowadays. I've always loved the Silent Hill games. After seeing this sitting in the store, I always yelled for joy. Both games look incredible, and the sound is even creepier than before. The new voices for Silent Hill 2 are a little strange, but nonetheless you have the option to choose between the new voices and the old voices. In a nutshell - same scary from Silent HIll 2 and 3, but a new fresh look and feel to the games.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from stop complaining! Konami announced a little while back that they're going to release a patch soon to fix all of the bugs and whatnot. 2 seems fine but the frame rate on 3 goes crazy when using the submachine gun. These are still the games you know and love so just shut up and buy this :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Little Disappointed I remember the countless hours of Silent Hill with one of my buddies, the one game I am ok watching him play for hours on end. I think Silent Hill was great in near every game they made, I played too, I really liked Shattered Memories, I like Silent Hill a lot, but I am disappointed there is only Silent Hills 2 and 3 included. Can you even call it a collection with only 2 games included? I would have really been impressed if Silent Hills 1 and 4 were in it as well, maybe Shattered Memories would be a stretch? It could have also given them a reason to charge the full $60 as well. They were probably going to, but they had to cut short, probably to make up for Downpour, I haven't played it yet, but from what I hear, it isn't all too great.
