Rapala Tournament Fishing
this is a great game is has great graphics good variety of lures. it has a depth finder witch is really really helpful.the only bad thing about this game is that the length of the fish are off.other than that it is a really really great game! the fish are big and really fun to catch and the game is really addicting and is a good game for any occasion. it is even better than the version of it on psp. you shouldn't play the tournaments without going into practice and finding your secret spot and whaling onyour fish. The tournaments only allow u to use four lures but it s easy to pick the right lures for it.This game really stands out, it is the best fishing game i have ever played and will probably be the best until they maike a new one.great game!
For me it's about fun. Sure I've played realistic fishing games such as Pro Fishing Challenge and the Reel fishing series and they were alright, but I keep coming back to Sega Marine Fishing and Sega Bass Fishing 1 & 2 for the Dreamcast. Nobody has made a decent, smooth playing fishing game since these titles were released. Just like Sega Virtua Tennis for the DC, Virtua Tennis and Top Spin (a virtua tennis clone) today are still the best tennis games available. It amazes me that no one has been able to capture the fun and gameplay of the DC fishing games and their ports to the PS2. It surprises me more that Sega has not made another sequel to any of these. Considering this game's history and the fact that the next gen systems don't have a fishing rod controller means I will probably skip this title without thinking twice.
Pro Fishing Challenge
Pro Fishing Challenge is the greatest fishing game made so far. I also am concerned about the quality of this game, but it is the only choice. Now I just need a wireless fishing rod.
That is an excellent idea....wireless fishing rod would be awesome!!!! I would have to much fun! hahaha
Could be a great game.
This could be a great game! Hopefully they will have trolling motors on the front of the bass boats to allow cruising the shoreline throwing your lures. Who wants to start up the big engine everytime you want to move a little. In real life the trolling motor is used all the time and needed for tournaments! I havent seen trolling motors on the other Rapala titles. Also it they could definately put some plastic baits and spinner batis in would be great as well. They wouldnt have to name a brand, just call them what they are. Im getting anxious being that this has been delayed over and over. Maybe they are giving the 360 a fishing game we have all been waiting for!
I am also looking forward to this game.. I think its about time that we get a GOOD Bass fishing game on the market.. I also don't think that this will that great but it should hold us over until something better comes out.. I also think, its about time that we get a GREAT bass fishing game that has all the bells and whistles.. It should have online play for online tourneys and everything... Especially with all those computer generated graphics that they show on BASS University and such, I know they can incorporate some of that into a video game somehow.. Anyways, can't wait for this one and I hope they don't push it back any further..
Adictive but gets old
Starts out seeming a little tough figuring out wich lures to use, where to find certian fish, and how to hook them, but once you get that you got the game. The tounaments and challenges are way too easy and after about 6 hours it gets boring.
Dude I loved the PS2 vesion of Rapala..This one should be cool as well I would assume...To the people who say "well if your a real fisherman...."blah,blah,blah!!! If you were a real fisherman you wouldn't be playing the game, you would be out fishing!!....Anyways it's just a game a fishing game, so if you like fishing games and you have an xbox360 then you either play this one or don't play at all!!!!! I have been waiting forever for this game...and I'm still getting it, I figure it will atleast waist some time!
its a good game but it would be better with a wireless rod and more catfishes p.s. I caught a 99.8 pound flathead catfish
Next Trophie Game
i hope the graphics are better than rapala pro fishing on xbox1. i really want the bass to look realistic like it looks like a real life bass, and hopefully they will put like well known real life lakes like lake okeechobee or something like that and make the game a little challenging and the ending better than the last one. maybe they will even let you pick your line pole reel and actually your own boat. we will just have to see come april 10. thats if it's not delayed again.
