Perfect Dark Zero - Used
Maybe for 2 dollars
The first couple levels of this game are great, but after that the game gets bland and boring. I had the most fun playing the fires two levels over and over again.
Perfect dark Zero is the definition of an average shooter. The gameplay is lacking with levels that deliver almost no challenge and pointless side objectives that add nothing to the game. The soundtrack however is above average and fits the levels very well. The only replay value in the game is the multiplayer which brings me back to my youth in a timspliters style death match.
There are three reasons to buy Perfect Dark. You either have a major Jones for some Night Fire or Golden Eye and can't find them, you want some amazing split screen action, or guns that are actually different. The story isn't as terrible as people say. It's not Fallout or GTA but it's better than some action action games. The game has one of the most diverse armories. But my personal opinion, I think every fps needs to have these three guns in their arsenal. A heavy revolver, a one hit kill sniper rifle, and a sword. Unfortunately most games only have one or two of those and about ten AR's and ten SMG's totaling up to only two other guns. So if you like how Rainbow Six let's you pick your guns before every mission, but you wish it had more gun diversity like Halo or a Bond game, this may be a good game for you. Perhaps you want a challenging game. On the hardest difficulty of this game, It will give you hours of challenge. However if you are a young gamer who only grew up with CoD and have never played an old spy game, Zelda, or anything that requires thinking, then you wont be able to figure out how to beat the first level and will become uber frustrated and hate the game and not the player.
I dont know why this game is rated at medicore i think its not bad. This game has ok weapons like the plasma but its a short game so its good
THE FRIGGIN' WORST GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED!
DO NNNNOOOOOTTTTTT buy! I couldn't even finish the first mission! IT WAS HORRIBLE! The graphics suck, as does the gameplay, sound, lasting appeal. IT IS NNNNOOOOOTTTT WORTH 2 BUCKS!
A great game!
A great game for most gamers, it is a very fun game to play, and has a very good story and the multiplayer is great and supports splitscreen!
Perfect Dark Zero (F)
Rare did not do well on this game, it is poorly made and hard to move around but has its perks.
Pros: The game is very challenging with some of the levels difficult to get by. There are a wide selection of weapons and vehicles as well. Joanna though looks 20X better than she did in the first game.
Cons: The story is terrible and confusing. The graphics look like that the game should be for the PlayStation 2. The way the characters move around is stupid, and when you are shot, they make ridiculous sounds. The cut-scenes are poorly made and although they're mouths move, they're faces look terrible.
This games is being given an F.
2 bucks,Its a steal.
An older current gen game.I had the N-64 original years ago.Still fun for a few playthroughs.Decent FPS to kill some time,(no pun intended)or play with your friends.
worth the price of admission
Since this game is now older it has gotten really cheap to pick up. It is still a fun and solid game. It feels slow compared to newer games but the single player is fun enough to play through two or three times. The multiplayer can be played online or local. You can set up bots like you could in the original Perfect Dark but for me the gameplay was too slow for my liking in multiplayer. Overall worth it if your an FPS fan or just looking for a cheap game to waste some time on.
this is a fun game, it's the first fps stealth game I've played, and it works well. if you do get caught, you can shoot everyone in your way. the game looks good for a 2005 or 2006 game. the only problem I have with the game is it's not always clear on what you have to do. but this is a fun game
