Dont waste your time with it
Overall i didnt like the game, the graphics were ok and sounds were alright but nothing that made you say wow. The gameplay wasnt very good and players didnt look very realistic at all. Game mode were passible but if you buy and NHL game go with EA their much better.The only thing i like was how you can call plays that was about the only thing i liked about this game.

Solid game of hockey with the right slider tweaks
Overall, this is a pretty decent game. If desired, it can create a very realistic game of hockey using the right sliders. Despite some major flaws with animations and players feeling like they are "stuck in the mud" this is still a solid game. Puck physics are not great with this game, but the 360 degree stick control makes defense extremely realistic. If you are a hardcore hockey fan that enjoys a sim game of hockey, this is for you.

Best Hockey game yet
Better than 2k9. I love the new winter classic rinks, the Stanley cup celebrations, and the Zamboni. The season is great. Awesome graphics and great fighting engine. I would recommend this to any hockey fan.

not a good game
this game is not worth it. i was playing for the cup as chicago vs penguins (i won) and it didnt even bring out the cup. and it wont even give you hats when you get a hat trick . the graphics are good but i always score with the same people . dont buy it just grt nhl 11.
