Rated 8 out of 10 Fun but hard
This games is hard and you can find yourself frustrated on the puzzles trust me I do. But the game does have its fun points like with the smoke monster and such things. Me myself and I actually like searching for things without a mini map because it adds challenge. OK the graphics looked beautiful the nature flowed and lived around you it was wonderful just to sit and do nothing and just watch the nature. Length...... Well I have not yet beat it so i'm not sure about the length yet. Storyline.. Now let me say something there is points where it is confusing but it just follows the flow of the series. Controls were basic and fun to fool around with. And the sound was awesome. Now...... Before I go I must tell you do not buy this game unless you are a fan of the series it was made for fans. And I am one of them I hope they make a sequel for the 4th season soon.
Rated 6 out of 10 by blique13 A decent game.
Lost Via Domus is a very decent game. The thing that this game carries on is your ability to interact with the characters of the Lost television show but it still fails at that. Most of the main characters( Jack,Sawyer,Kate,Locke) are voiced by sound alikes and most of them just sound horrible but the Character models do look pretty good. You can also trade which is kind of pointless since you can just find the stuff laying around the island. Except for a gun, but you will only use the gun about 3 times the whole game. The playable characters back story is told in flashbacks just like the TV show except his story isn't all that interesting. The only real gameplay involved is walking around and doing the same puzzle over and over again. The puzzle is so confusing that i just started putting pieces everywhere until it said i was right. The game is split up into Episodes. Which they actually do feel like a episode of Lost. The Lost logo, the music, The cliffhangers, and it even has a recap of the previous episode. The game is also really short. You will probably beat it in around 5 hours and after you beat it there isn't anything else to do.
Rated 6 out of 10 by EvilM13 Descent Idea, Lousy Product
When i first heard about this game, i was quite excited as i had been a large fan of the show, but i was let down when i was met with the product. The game basically creates its own seperate plotline and made up character, and it goes along side the events of the main storyline. Your characters main goal in the game is to gain the trust of the survivors and find out your identity, because you were struck with amnesia in the "Crash". I found the story to be very hard to follow as it was hardly attached to the game at all, unlike the show which is what makes it so great, and while the enviroments were beautifull and full of mystery, but you are not able to explore them at all due to the very linear level design. The character models look like something from a very early ps2 game, the voice acting made the main storyline characters seem like complete strangers as they did not sound like them at all.The gameplay often became very boring as you are stuck running from point A to point B with a few diversions inbetween. Overall, there where parts of the game that struck my interest, but in the end it turned out to be a very dissapointing experience.
Rated 0 out of 10 by a gamer Too short
I really enjoyed the game but I have to say that it was rather short. I finished the game in one day. Although I haven't really watched the series I found myself really interested in this game. The graphics are great, and the dialogue is pretty neat. It has a cool trading system so you can get torches and stuff to use for when you go in the dark caves. The hardest part of the game are probably the electronic switchboards which took me a few attempts, and sometimes you kind of wonder what to do next. The story in the game is great, and my favorite part were the flashbacks. The worst part was probably going through the dark caves without realizing I could use a torch to make it brighter. You will probably not need much ammo for your gun as you barely use it so don't waste all your trading on extra ammo.
Rated 6 out of 10 by timeshift!!!!! Nothing Like I Expected
The show has always been a favorite of mine so when I saw that they have made a game for it, I went to my local gamestop and got it. When I started playing, it seemed alright, but after only a few minutes of playing I was dissapointed. The voices are not even the people from the show except for like 3, the graphics were not nearly as good as I thought they would be, and there are puzzle like things that can be very confusing and frustrating. The only thing that was decent about the game was the missions that sorta matched up with the show, which were very few. So if you are a fan of the show or just someone looking for a new game, do not get this game. I have a feeling that you will be dissapointed just as much as me so save yourself the hassle and just dont buy it.
Rated 4 out of 10 by grt boring
The game looked and sounded great. It was just so boring after like an hour of playing it. Talk to this person; talk to that person. You also have really no freedom in the game. I hate walking on a fixed path. The puzzles were fun. I also loved the fact that you could use a DOS prompt on the computer. It wasn't as good as in the matrix game where you could pretty much hack the game, which I found amazing. I wouldn't buy this game. It is a waste of money. You're better off renting it, beating it and bringing it back. I'm a Lost fan, but it was just boring. There was never a part in the game where it just got right down to the point. There could have been so many things that were done different. The controls were good; meaning easy. The shooting was awful and it was just boring.
Rated 0 out of 10 by Spliner It CANT have any good content...I'll tell you why..
This game can't possibly have what we all want from LOST.. answers. I am just as addicted to the LOST series as anyone else. I love the show, but we simply don't get answers until the end of the series. So how can you expect to play a game like this when all you'll be doing is running around, never solving any puzzles other than the ones you have seen on the show, and maybe a short shoot-em-up with the smoke creature from time to time. Trust me, if I thought for a second that there would be any content in the game that would give me what I want from the show, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Rated 0 out of 10 by Max B. Another Link To The Show?
Visually, the game looks like it has improved since earlier screenshots, and the gameplay looks to be fun. But more importantly, this game might hold some tie-ins with the show. LOST has used plenty of other methods to scatter bits and pieces of info, so I wouldn't be surprised if the events and outcome of this game somehow come up on the show. And with the writers involved, it's almost a given... I can't wait to explore some of the island with this game!
Rated 0 out of 10 by unimportant probable letdown, wait for the reviews to buy
the last game that these guys made (im talking about the guys from bad robot, not the production company, not sure if theyre the same but anyway) it was the alias game, and for those of you who played it, yes i know, you will never get those 3 hours back. and while i really do hope that this will be much better considering this show is much better than alias (by a WAY lot) still gonna wait for the reviews.

Well, i dont really see whats so insanely amazing about the show, i thought the 4400 was much better, but maybe the game will be enjoyable. All these people so obsessed with a tv show that never really grew on me, ive watched many episodes with some people in my family, its ok. now MoonLight, THAT is a good show they should make a game out of
