    1. Rated 3 out of 5 by from A decent game. Lost Via Domus is a very decent game. The thing that this game carries on is your ability to interact with the characters of the Lost television show but it still fails at that. Most of the main characters( Jack,Sawyer,Kate,Locke) are voiced by sound alikes and most of them just sound horrible but the Character models do look pretty good. You can also trade which is kind of pointless since you can just find the stuff laying around the island. Except for a gun, but you will only use the gun about 3 times the whole game. The playable characters back story is told in flashbacks just like the TV show except his story isn't all that interesting. The only real gameplay involved is walking around and doing the same puzzle over and over again. The puzzle is so confusing that i just started putting pieces everywhere until it said i was right. The game is split up into Episodes. Which they actually do feel like a episode of Lost. The Lost logo, the music, The cliffhangers, and it even has a recap of the previous episode. The game is also really short. You will probably beat it in around 5 hours and after you beat it there isn't anything else to do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Descent Idea, Lousy Product When i first heard about this game, i was quite excited as i had been a large fan of the show, but i was let down when i was met with the product. The game basically creates its own seperate plotline and made up character, and it goes along side the events of the main storyline. Your characters main goal in the game is to gain the trust of the survivors and find out your identity, because you were struck with amnesia in the "Crash". I found the story to be very hard to follow as it was hardly attached to the game at all, unlike the show which is what makes it so great, and while the enviroments were beautifull and full of mystery, but you are not able to explore them at all due to the very linear level design. The character models look like something from a very early ps2 game, the voice acting made the main storyline characters seem like complete strangers as they did not sound like them at all.The gameplay often became very boring as you are stuck running from point A to point B with a few diversions inbetween. Overall, there where parts of the game that struck my interest, but in the end it turned out to be a very dissapointing experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than I expected The game is a bit of a departure from the main story of the show, but it still fits into the LOST world pretty well. It was fun to play, the graphics are decent, the music is good, and the puzzles are challenging but not too difficult.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nothing Like I Expected The show has always been a favorite of mine so when I saw that they have made a game for it, I went to my local gamestop and got it. When I started playing, it seemed alright, but after only a few minutes of playing I was dissapointed. The voices are not even the people from the show except for like 3, the graphics were not nearly as good as I thought they would be, and there are puzzle like things that can be very confusing and frustrating. The only thing that was decent about the game was the missions that sorta matched up with the show, which were very few. So if you are a fan of the show or just someone looking for a new game, do not get this game. I have a feeling that you will be dissapointed just as much as me so save yourself the hassle and just dont buy it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun but hard This games is hard and you can find yourself frustrated on the puzzles trust me I do. But the game does have its fun points like with the smoke monster and such things. Me myself and I actually like searching for things without a mini map because it adds challenge. OK the graphics looked beautiful the nature flowed and lived around you it was wonderful just to sit and do nothing and just watch the nature. Length...... Well I have not yet beat it so i'm not sure about the length yet. Storyline.. Now let me say something there is points where it is confusing but it just follows the flow of the series. Controls were basic and fun to fool around with. And the sound was awesome. Now...... Before I go I must tell you do not buy this game unless you are a fan of the series it was made for fans. And I am one of them I hope they make a sequel for the 4th season soon.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from boring The game looked and sounded great. It was just so boring after like an hour of playing it. Talk to this person; talk to that person. You also have really no freedom in the game. I hate walking on a fixed path. The puzzles were fun. I also loved the fact that you could use a DOS prompt on the computer. It wasn't as good as in the matrix game where you could pretty much hack the game, which I found amazing. I wouldn't buy this game. It is a waste of money. You're better off renting it, beating it and bringing it back. I'm a Lost fan, but it was just boring. There was never a part in the game where it just got right down to the point. There could have been so many things that were done different. The controls were good; meaning easy. The shooting was awful and it was just boring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Episode, Not So hot of a Game. As a Die Hard Lost fan I was enthused to see the new lost game coming out. I pre-ordered it and played it straight through the first day I got it. I have to say the cut scenes are amazing with the high quality graphics and interaction. The story line does not infringe on the Lost TV series whatsoever. You play a completely new character that has their own amazing background. There are six episodes in this game each continuing off the last. In each episode played you have flashbacks which you must interact in and complete the task given to regain that part of your memory. On the island you can see most of the main characters. Jack, Kate, Lock, Sun, Jin, Hurley, Sawyer, etc… The interaction between you and these characters is not what it needs to be. For example you can Trade items in the story mode, a prime trader in Sawyer. Sawyer from the show is a very solid character with catchy phrases and witted style, in the game his character lines are really bad and just not the same feel as the show. The same thing applies with most of the regulars on the island. Although this interaction isn’t what it should be, the scenery and key places from the TV series are adequately displayed. The very luscious tropical forest, and key areas such as the cockpit, and the Black rock make this game seem very realistic in light of the TV series. Another Creature never really explained in the series is very key in this game. The “Black Smoke” is a very horrific creature that chases you throughout the forest while running to your next objective or area. In the end you have many interactions with the others and the original characters of the Oceanic Flight 815, which to any fan is eye candy, considering Lost keeps you coming back for more. The sound in this game is pretty amazing. You start the game off in the plane, and when story starts to role it displays some amazing sound effects with the forest and plane itself. The sad thing about this game is I beat it in around 5 hours. Which for me doesn’t say much because I purchase a game and try my best to beat it, but one thing with this game is that there is only one difficulty level and once you get the feel for the Lost Via Domus game it is a pretty easy spill of animation and graceful island controlling. I also got all of the achievements for this game only going back through once, which for an Xbox 360 game doesn’t say much for the use that other games take many repeats to achieve even achieve half of the points allotted. This Game to me is more suited to be an amazing episode of lost more than an actual game, with it’s short story and limited interaction. I still advise any fan of the series or someone just wanting an easy pick-up game to get this one. Anyone could enjoy this game because it doesn’t exactly leave a lot of mysteries alone, but does mess your mind up in the end like any Lost episode.
